A Kentish Wedding

Today marks the end of an absolutely wonderful weekend, photographing two weddings on the trot. Both couples were clearly completely in love, and it’s been such a joy to share their days with them.

After a fiercely showery start to the day (particularly when the father of the bride decided to carry the suits across to the other building), the clouds parted and we were treated to a bright, warm summery day for Victoria and Ben’s wedding. Personal highlights for me included photographing the newlyweds standing on the balcony overlooking the lake, and an emotional father-daughter dance. My eyes were not the only ones glittering with tears!
